Chinatown, Montreal

Montréal’s Chinatown or Le quartier chinois en france is situated in the Ville-Marie borough. Chinatown occupies roughly one square block in Saint Dominique Street to the East, René Lévesque Boulevard to the North, Viger Street to the south and Jeanne-Mance Street to the West.Itstart as area chinies imigrante well stay to live at and chinase people well living that aria it become as know as chiatown.

The most animated part of the town was established in the early 1890s. With several Chinese stores set up on de le Gauchetière street peppered with Chinese laundries in the area, a Montréal Chinatown slowly started to emerge. However,later Chinese refugees from Vietnam also settled in the area.The size of Chinatown decreased from around 1970.


From place you start to see cultural chinatown .Here people talk english, freach, chanise, vientnise,or asin langues.In sumer,You will able to learn more about all aspects of Chinese culture , through traditional tea ceremonies , and Chinese musical.However cumple years ago because covid this event they cancel and chanise was worried because people attack them. Also it favorite place buy anime merchandise because so many stores.


In conclusion,you shoul visit the chinatown because it is a place with a lot of culture.
