Imadake

Imadake announces itself as a Japonais pub and ramen house and according to our perception, it accomplishes the dishes from this country. Although we only tried two dishes and one entry, we checked the entire menu and all the other dishes seemed to be influenced or part of Japanese cuisine. It is worth mentioning that Japanese cuisine is influenced by Korean, Chinese, and British cuisine and we can notice this in dishes such as Gyoza a dish originally from China, Tartare from Mongolia, and the curry that was brought for Britain from India to Japan and all of them are on Imadake menu.

Imadake

Imadake is a Japonais pub and ramen house and Is a very concurrent place where you need to get there early or make a reservation.  Their target population is young people and older people. Imadake has a big variety of alcoholic drinks for all tastes. There is no smoking area. They also have a service for delivery and pickup.

When we got there, it was almost 6 pm, the restaurant had just opened and there were a few people there. The entrance looks like a building entrance, there was a lot of dust and papers around the floor, not a good point for those who are coming to visit the restaurant.  They don't have parking places nearby, but they are a few steps by the station Atwater. When we entered the waiters yelled something in a foreign language as a signal of welcome. The waiter was a very nice Asian man, and he offered us a table in the middle of the place. The walls of the place are dark/black walls and one of them has a big painting in red and white resembling the Japanese flag. The lamps are hanging with big spotlights but with dim light which is important because the lighting of the restaurant plays an important role since it creates a cozy and intimate atmosphere. The menus were only through a QR code where you download the menu to order. The prices are accessible, and they have a big variety of oriental dishes that also include vegetarian and vegan for people who do not eat meat.
